“Emiratization of Technological Careers”

We are living in an age of momentum, of progress and innovation, where the keys to success lie within the ability to master new knowledge and ideas. As economic, social and technological changes gather pace, young people must develop their knowledge and skills, on a continuous basis; so that they can live and work meaningfully in the knowledge society. Quality Career-based Technical Education (CTE) help develop the individual’s knowledge of science and technology in a broad occupational scope requiring technical and professional competencies and specific occupational skills. As the lead provider of quality CTE, IAT needs to develop the knowledge and skills that will help the workforce become more flexible and responsive to the needs of local workforce markets, while enabling the UAE economy to compete globally.

IAT's additional contractual obligation is to young Emiratis, every student attending our learning campuses (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaima) will be afforded the opportunity to prepare for their post-secondary school future by participating in a personalized work-integrated learning process and programs that are student-centered, surrounded by supportive services, and is driven by intellectual rigor. Ultimately, IAT is determined to achieve the “Emiratization of Technological Careers”.
