World Earth Day!

Today, World Earth Day, is a yearly reminder for mankind to protect and safeguard planet Earth.

The theme this year of the World Earth Day is ‘Restore Our Earth’ and its focus, as the theme suggests, is on how to restore the world’s ecosystems by resorting to natural processes, emerging green technologies and innovative thinking.

In the UAE, going green is a big part of the agenda, with historic steps being taken to slash carbon footprint, create renewable sources of energy, protect and nurture biodiversity, and turn swathes of desert land into sanctuaries and nature reserves.

IAT TEC 2021

IAT TEC 2021 - April 12

The IAT TEC 2021 conference agenda includes a keynote webinar presented by Richard Culatta, the CEO of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). The topics and ideas will be directed by the speaker towards the conference theme: "Preparing for Future Disruption: Embracing Creativity amidst the Pandemic".

A variety of online workshops and presentations around technology integration and teaching online will be conducted after the Keynote webinar throughout the day. Participants will be attending selected workshops after registering online. Most of the workshops are 1.5 hours in duration but some 45-minute workshops are also available. Online workshops are split into two sets, one set is delivered in the morning time directly after the Keynote session while the second set of workshops are delivered in the afternoon time

UAE INNOVATES 2021- Virtual Exhibition

Dear Teachers and students.

ATHS RAK cordially invites you to attend UAE Innovation Week at RAK from Sunday Feb 21st to Friday, Feb 27th . Our MS Teams Live event will be from 22nd to 24th of February between 5pm to 6.30 pm.

ATHS RAK will be showcasing innovative educational practices along with other Higher Educational Organizations as well as Local and International Companies. The programs and workshops are planned to enhance knowledge and awareness about the culture and the concept of innovation. We request your active participation and encouragement.
