Over the last 10 years IAT has taken Career Technical Education (CTE) to a level where it’s students are at the forefront when it comes to preparedness for career and college readiness. However, faced with local, regional and global economic challenges it is crucial for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) education to evolve to produce an innovative, skilled and knowledgeable workforce capable of applying what they have learned in new and imaginative ways.
IAT is constantly seeking new ways to enhance the students overall experience and is dedicated to producing graduates of the highest calibre who are equipped to apply their knowledge and thrive in an ambiguous constantly changing world. With this in mind the conference will highlight the latest pedagogical techniques that inspire inquiry, innovation and investigation in the twenty-first century classroom. The conference will provide training and professional development for teachers, and will create the stimulus for raising teaching standards nationally, with a particular focus on STEAM. Experts from around the world will share their knowledge, skills and expertise while highlighting teaching methods that have proved successful in advancing student learning and raising student achievement.
IAT is pleased to invite you to share your ideas on STEAM education and innovation in teaching and learning, which will showcase and explore means and methods of innovative STEAM integration into a technology-enhanced learning environment. Read more
